The Adventures of Izzy is a series of stories about a little donkey who was privileged to be a
witness to the birth of Jesus Christ in Bethlehem, to the flight into Egypt to escape a jealous
king’s wrath, the return to Nazareth, and concluding in the trip to the temple when Jesus is 12
years old. The stories are based upon the Biblical account found in the book of Luke, except for
